Chef Mila is selling hand-painted cookbooks with Provencal-themed Rooster covers. Each one is unique and different. This
book contains over 110 of her recipes using Trader Joe's products. It includes appetizers,salads, entrees, soups and desserts.
They are painted on canvas covers and printed on sturdy card stock. Each book weighs about five pounds. They make wonderful
gifts for family members or friends and retail for $69.95 plus tax. Please use the contact us link for any questions and include

Intro/Bio
Mila Payne is a certified chef who loves to cook and share her passion for food with others. She graduated in 1991 from
the Orange Coast Culinary Arts School. Originally from Brazil, Mila worked as a chef for over 5 years at the Ritz Carlton
Hotel in Dana Point .
Chef Mila teaches educational and entertaining in-home cooking classes as well as classes for Sur La Table in their Newport
Beach location.
